High Definition OPG (Panoramic Radiograph)

An OPG ( Panoramic Imaging) is a technique for producing a single image of the facial structures that includes both the upper and lower jaw and their supporting joints along with Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ).

OPG is often used as the initial screening tool.

OPG is most useful clinically for diagnostic problems requiring broad coverage of the jaws.

OPG may be requested for extensive dental diseases, for the assessment of wisdom teeth, for general overview of the teeth and bone which supports the teeth, osseous diseases, suspected large lesions, tooth development and eruption, retained teeth or root tips, TMJ pain, and developmental anomalies.
